Don't post in this thread to say "gay gamers are like everyone else, why do they have a special thread?" It is something that has been posted numerous times, and this isn't the place for that discussion.
For regular posters, don't quote the trolls. |
This is kinda off topic but since you asked me for it.. My bodyfat percentage is much lower than yours, you need to lose bodyfat - spot reduction is not possible. Either you build muscle or you lose bodyfat, both at the same time is not impossible but so hard that it's just a waste of time trying to do it. And I wouldn't say I've been hitting the gym hard, only been working out for about 6 months. If you don't seem to lose weight anymore you better start tracking calories - calories in vs calories out is all there is to losing/putting on weight. And I don't have HotS.

Yeah, right now I'm in the process of basically starving myself to try to get my body fat down but that directly clashes with my goal of having Pamela Anderson quality tits.
And HotS is definitely worth the money IMO. Although I am incredibly upset that Blizzard completely scrapped Kerrigan's talent trees. Now it's just a boring upgrade system that has a ton of passive abilities. They're all broken as hell but I thought I'd kinda end up with a mini-DotA/LoL champion, not a buff bot. They're bringing back a lot of story elements from Brood War which I REALLY enjoy.

So I come back to this thread after a few months of being busy at work and this is the first thing I see.
Not that I'm saying I didn't expect it or that I don't like it...

How your abs look is a result of your body fat % the lower t is the better your abs will be. If you have been focusing on building max muscle your abs are prob gonna lag because to build muscle you have to be eating alot of extra calories to facilitate that. So how do you get the total package? Periodization. Work 4-6 weeks for pure strength, then 4-6 weeks for max muscle, 4-6 weeks cutting fat. Then repeat. I assume u want cutting atm so you want to program around that i would say to circuit training 3xs a weeks with interval cardio 1-2xs a week. With circuits you are gong to want a pull a press a lower body movement and a core movement and repeat at low reps for time. Choose a weight you can move for say 8-12 reps then only do 4-6 do the complex for 5 mins. You arent going for failure on any of the sets the goal is to keep moving the entire time.
EX: push press deadlift hanging leg raise front squat rest 2-4 mins repeat 3-5xs depending on conditioning
Diet is also at least 50% of getting good abs. I wont go into every detail here but here are the basics. Only drink water period. Consume 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight. No bread. No rice. All the fruits and vegis you want. Is this boring and monotonous? You bet ul be sick of chicken and eggs by the end of the 6 weeks. But does it work? Absolutely. Any ways give it a chance for just 4 weeks and bet you a dollar you will see results. GLHF

I was so on board with this post until you said only drink water. I enjoy whiskey far more than I could ever enjoy abs. People who have sex with me are just gonna have to settle for a flat stomach.
