Offline qualifiers for 2019 GSL Super Tournament II will be held on September 23rd
Details are as below.
■ Qualifiers Application Period
- September 11th, 2019 – September 18th, 2019 Wednesday 23:59 (KST)
■ GSL Super Tournament II Qualifiers Offline Event:
Date: September 23rd(Monday) 2019 (KST)
Location: AfreecaTV PC Bang, Jamsilsaenae Station, Seoul
■ Participation Requirements:
- Must be at least 12 years old
- Need to have a SC2 Battle.net account (cannot use your family's or friends' accounts)
- Masters/Grandmaster league players (Any Region)
■ Match Format:
- Bo3 / Double Elimination
■ Map Pool
- 1Set Triton LE
- 2Set Thunderbird LE
- 3Set Acropolis LE

With Creighton leaving Korea probably not. Maybe Noregret is gonna do something but can you honestly have faith in somebody who hasn't even eaten a shoe yet?

I just gave away all my spare shoes to Goodwill. Not able to stream this one - my flight is tomorrow and I sold my streaming computer yesterday. She’s gonna make that college kid film major very happy.
I will open a dialogue with Afreeca to stream the GSL 2020 Season 1 Qualifiers later this year, and will let y’all know how that conversation progresses. Any support you can throw my way on twitter, etc. would be appreciated once the time comes.

I m like 99% sure, that everyone just got one spot in the qualifiers, either in morning or eveninng, not both. So who drops out now is out, or am I missing something?

There are 7 groups, 2 advancing per group. That gives us 14 players in a tournament for 16 players. There is no other qualifier. The GSL finalists are getting the last 2 spots.

Between watching Artosis and NoRegret’s episode focused on him today, then seeing him qualify here I’m super excited to see what Dream brings at Super Tournament.
Not sure what Inno was doing mind, maybe he’s taking a breather after being eliminated from the Blizzcon race.
Compared to other returning players he seems to be recovering his top shape more quickly, and the more top players we have especially Terrans the better.
Should be a fantastic tournament and way more hyped than Super Tournament 1, there’s the added spice of a final Blizzcon shootout, plus the racial distribution is more varied.

Did SpeCial and Scarlett not even try? Why don’t more World players like Astrea go try this 1 day qualifier for a 4 day tournament in Korea? You can do the whole thing in a few weeks during the WCS off season instead of needing to stay for months for GSL.
I guess in SpeCial’s case he qualified for Blizzcon already and might not want to hurt TY’s chances.
