According to WCS Winter Americas on Liquipedia, Asia is comprised of Taiwan, Macau, Hong Kong, and Japan, so PSiArc is in the correct region.

TLO recently moved to Canada.

GunGFuBanDa is a name I haven't seen in a long time. He all but disappeared after Heart of the Swarm.

If Asia is comprised of Japan and PsiArc is japanese why is he in America WCS ? Or you mistyped and wanted to type America instead of Asia.

I understand for TLO now

There is still no WCS Asia. Blizzard is using the old America/Europe/Korea region system for this WCS, and Asia is lumped in with WCS America. So PSiArc is "region locked" to WCS America.

Blizzard's naming/branding during the various incarnations WCS has always been confusing, but at least it's occasionally consistent XD

If Asia is comprised of Japan and PsiArc is japanese and he qualified for America WCS doesn't that make him the first JP player to qualify for WCS?

Clem is the one really missing. Stephano can't win a boX ZvZ.

More in general just kinda surprised of him not making it out of all four qualifiers. Not just losing against SoulSpirit, Basset and HateMe... even though it's also somewhat surprising even with his distaste of the match-up.

Losing to soulspirit and hateme is not that surprising, but in general I agree

It's so cool that PsiArc qualified.

I don't recognize a couple names there, I am unfamiliar with both Coffee and MeomaikA

And yeah... dunno what the deal is with Stephano, he may not be at the level of his old self but he should definitely still be good enough to qualify... That's too bad. I am less surprised with Clem, he has just seen so inconsistent I think he still has a way to go.

When you consider that two years ago, Clem and Reynor were considered very much alike...

Clem missed his connections to very high level it seems.

Pretty ironic that Reynor who lost all significant matches to ZvZ is now under Stephano's wing. I really hope gaining each other as practice partners can fix that.

He came closer than pretty much anyone else (save Neeb, I guess) in the second half of 2018 to beating Serral though, he's definitely got a metric ton of potential.
I root for Euro Zergs, NA Protoss* and Korean Terrans. (Any North American who has beat a Korean Pro as Protoss counts as NA Toss)

Coffee was banned for a year and a half for match fixing in China. But his ban is over and he's on iG now

Stephano looked good in the last qualifier, I was watching his stream, than he did what he does best, after some cool macro ZvTs and ZvPs he got dropped by a random zerg.
