I mean we learn about the decision to go into retirement to do his military service, how is it a dick move to say that he doesn't has a lot of result recently, and probably doesn't have a lot on incentive to stay? If he was earning hundreds of thousand right now he probably wouldn't go just yet. And honestly how is "showing respect" a better contribution to the community?
