The brackets for the upcoming GSL Super Tournament (April 5-8) have been announced by AfreecaTV:
(soO faces GSL champion, ByuN faces runner-up)
30,000,000 Korean won (approximately $29,000 USD) is on the line in the Super Tournament as well as 7500 WCS Korea points. The tournament schedule is as follows:
RO16, left half: Thursday, Apr 05 8:00am GMT (GMT+00:00)
RO16, right half: Friday, Apr 06 8:00am GMT (GMT+00:00)
Quarterfinals: Saturday, Apr 07 8:00am GMT (GMT+00:00)
Semifinals and grand final: Sunday, Apr 08 8:00am GMT (GMT+00:00)

Looks like a random draw to me? There's no seeding system accounting for 2017 or 2018 results where soO should end up facing the GSL champion.

Yeah after I posted I saw Trust being against TRUE so it's probably random since they both have very few points.
Unlucky for ByuN, is he against GSL winner or runner-up?
I feel like he has a good shot against Stats, he had a good TvP run recently, whereas Maru will be on fire after winning GSL.

So, uh, technically, it's like soO being in the GSL finals as he will play the champion  (as usual)

I heard that TRUE can't play in GSL unless he gave up playing in WCS Circuit.
So, did he make the decision already?

It's still really weird though, why would you draw "gsl 1st/2nd" instead of just maru/stats.

Well, soO ended up facing quite some GSL champions. Especially just before they became one

Stacked bracket except for Trust vs.True that is the biggest joke matchup of the bracket but clearly it seems like a random draw still Byun and SoO are gonna have a hard time regardless of opponent while a couple 500 something WCS points players who will most certainly will not make it to Blizzcon get a first round match but still a very exciting and stacked tournament.

Now we know why SoO lost to Stat it was so he could smack Maru here just so we all agree he lost his one opportunity at a GSL championship.
And then he lose to Rogue in the final or something.

I actually think soO could win against Maru. Maru probably has relaxed after winning, and he has been practicing against protoss rather than zerg. Whereas soO has had plenty of time to get mad and practice. Yes, I'm biased. That's my biased interpretation.
