iAsonu's path through the qualifier wasn't exactly the easiest, and while I haven't seen the games, it's probably indicative of pretty good form. It's really unfortunate he got the group that he did, I honestly think he'd have decent chances at a 2nd place finish in another group.

This looks like a pretty stacked little 16-man tourney. Would like to watch this, but with the dates being Weds-Fri and probably horrible times for NA, I don't think I'll see too much of it.

3 KT and a SKT player in group A, I'm fine, really Group A is not a group of death, but I think it's pretty shitty, and I realllllllyyyyy hope Zest doesn't have much trouble over playing vs ex-teammates

No it's not. Not even close. iAsonu does okay in online cups yes, he's taken the odd map of top players. That's it. I said on a good day, aka ByuN, Maru, or Solar at their top form. You seriously tell me they don't win 2-0? Barely any players in the world could take maps of them when they play at their primes
Man, ByuL seems to have got the short end this time - he has terrible records against Dark and Classic, didn't take a single map against Classic in an official match
Really hoping that ByuL might pull an upset and break that losing streak.

^ Well, that's likely because their contracts hadn't yet expired at that point, which obligated them to still wear the jerseys. The contract ended today for all the disbanded KeSPA teams.
