Here's to hoping one day that eSports professionals play well into their 40's, like football, tennis, soccer, etc. Maybe one day there will be college sponsorships (I know theres a few here and there for league), so that players can get a degree and then continue playing professionally after school.

Fear in EG Dota2 is 49 years old, it's happening already.

Can someone please link me to resources/explanation of the situation of how the brawl between KESPA and Blizzard start in the first place?

That is only possible if the game is not fast paced and things like that.

This is not sad at all. He is showing his passion, though there`s no much time left for him.

Ehm, some sport players have shorter career than JD's 10 years. This year I was watching from time to time the Rugby World Championship and I was surprised how short career these player have, under 10 years. It's not that bad.

I read it whole. He wants to play in Korea and access foreign tournaments if I understood the thing I copied correctly.

So do I understand it wrongly and he's not depressed he cannot play or what do you try to say?

As a Korean I can assure that JD can play outside Korea but wanted to fulfill his promise to his Korean fans that someday he'll come back and play in Korea.

And that's why he's depressed about not playing in weekend tournaments? There's 1 confirmed KeSPA cup and he's "qualified" for 1 league(Code A ). He has plenty of free time since he's not in PL. Or am I missing something?

He would have liked to play in foreign tournaments and he would have been able to play in Circuit because he has a visa, but he chose not to (despite being sad about it) because he wants to spend the rest of his career in Korea. That's how I understood it.

Yep that was my interpretation as well.
I really hope he can somehow play in proleague that would be awesome
It would be even more awesome if he somehow manages to make a good run in code s, like semi final or something, but that is extremely unlikely^^

From what I understood from the original article, he did not sound depressed though he wasn't exactly happy either.
