Happy is really the only super good foreign T that's been around for a long time... I would say happy/kas/thorzain/jinro have been the top 4 consistently good foreign terrans :| Sjow select and naama also had some good periods of gosuness early in wol | ||

Strelok and Kas are quite good as well though; I think atm I would place the three eastern europeans (Happy, Kas, Strelok) as the top 3 foreign terrans with Heromarine/major and a few others being slightly behind. | ||
