All matches are played on the ESTV studio, but there won't be audiences.
Prize pool: 1st player: 2 million won (around 1880 usd)+ gears 2nd player: 0.7 million won( around 660 usd) +gears 3rd player: .3 million won (around 280 usd) +gears
Participating players:
Group A: Nestea(IM), Dream(mvp), Legend(Startale, former GSL observer), Jilla(Prime, aka kal) Group B: Curious(Startale), OZ(teamless), Supernova(Azubu), Panic(Startale) Group C: LIfe(Startale), Lure(MVP), Thebest(teamless), Creator(Prime) Group D: Buldozer(Startale, aka tester), Hack(Startale), JYP(EG), Lucky(teamless)
Schedule: Ro16 (a,b,c,d): January (18th 14:00 kst, 18th 19:00 kst, 25th 14:00 kst, 2th 19:00 kst) Ro8: February 8th(14:00) Ro4, and the rest: February 9th(14:00)
Format: Code s format for Ro16, then single elimination from the Ro8
Broadcast will be on Afreeca and Gomtv(Korean). However, VODs will be uploaded on youtube. (but there will be only Korean commentary, I think)

Oh wow, interesting! I wonder if this cup was determined through invites or qualifiers, and how the groups were determined, because each group is pretty much racially balanced. Most of these players seem to be right below the very highest level, like Code A or mid Code S, so it'll be good to seem their play.
