Daisy was fairly underrated throughout his whole time on ECS, but he was a very solid player. He'd be a good addition to any teams Protoss lineup

No surprise. In recent weeks you could tell he wants to go back to Korea. His visa also likely ran out.

He has already signed with a new team, he's been in talks with them for some time already. Should be announced officially since they waited for the contract to expire.

ESC. just paid him cash at 12.03 !!!, so 6 days ago and just 3 days before he flew back to korea. Maybe he does still get a certain amount and will receive it within the next few weeks. You asked him about his full salary and he said no which is a clearly different case.
He's been in our team for 11 month it was agreed that he would stay for a year. His contact was close to expire and that's the main reason why he went back. Also he didn't get immediate new visa for the EU. I guess he would have left after 3 or 4 month, instead of staying here for almost 1 year if its so bad @ ESC. And how u think he lived in Germany without salary - just with love and water? ...
We really loved him as a player and a person and it was a great time, having him in our team. But every period ends after a certain time and this time is now.
ESC. does still have GoOdy, ShowTimE, Jaxx, ( + Gaemtoss / aNai in 2v2) and will add new people soon, that's all i have to say.

I just know that ESC is shady as fuck. Why would he leave early if he was happy? How much of his salary is still unpaid? Would like to know that very much
Of course Daisy will say nothing negative about you in public because he is afraid that he wont get any of the money owed then. Thats how it always goes, seen it enough times by now.

I want to say something to the words of Darkforce.
He asked me if I got all money now (no idea why) and all I did is I said I didn't receive all money at the time now.
I did receive my payments usually in time. I just didn't recieve my last payment till now, which is not too bad.
I was living in the ESC House in my own room, where they put in furniture and the PC + hardware I needed, that was all ok.
I left ESC because I did not get new visa and its no good for me to play in korea and not good for ESC cause they can't send me to events.
My contract just terminated after 1 year.
I still need some money, but was agreed before that I will reveice this later.
I got parts of it just before I left and it was agreed that i'll get the rest at the end of next month, so if i'll receive that it's all fine.
I was happy and had a good expericence in ESC

Well DarkForce, I think you do not know much about, how it is, to be a south korean guy in the european union, or in Germany. Like in other non EU countries, you need to get a visa to stay there longer as a couple of weeks or to earn money. I think he got forced by the south korean gov. because of the conflict between north and south korea. As you may now, some famous players, like boxer, were called by the south korean army. Just for your information.
As Black said before, Daisy really liked his time in Germany and staying at the electronic sports center in cologne. Besides his normal salary, he got different bonus cash of ESC. Just for you information.
He and ESC tried to get a new visa, which did not work. Both sides agreed, that they broke up and Daisy goes his way in Korea.
What you may heard from other players: Ask them again correctly. The may do not tell you the truth.

You're definitely a lot more knowledgeable about the German scene than I am, but if they were truly as shady, why would they host the most decorated CS 1.6 team of all time for so long?

That's true. In an interview with readmore, the CEO of ESC said, that they did mistakes with monchi and the want to find a solution together with him, that he will get his money. But Monchi is not angry about it, as far as I know.

They owe him money from more than one year ago, why would he NOT be angry? It seems to me that you just are full of bullshit. If my former employer owes me money like that, its not logical the things you are saying, that they want to find a solution and they are not angry blabla. Only one thing matters for him and that is his money, its like that for everyone else.
