Fun games. I hope players like fantasy aren't turned off from SC2 when their favorite units suck (Vulture>hellion is a big letdown).

games are lower quality, but have more feeling and personality in them which makes it more entertaining

It's kind of sad that Apollo-Wheat have no idea who the players are... Still, JD IS GONNA KILL EVERYONE

My bad, poorly worded.

Meant Flash missed sniping any observers around his army even though they were floating over the middle of it for most of his 2nd game. Still great games, just something that stuck out at me!

Is the other game (JD vs Bisu) being played right now? Or after this?

You know what i think it is? They seem to be really good with reinforcing, so whilst the engagements aren't giant deathballs the fights go for longer because units keep joining in.

Soulkey's fatal error that game was the decision to go ultralisks on Antiga. Once Terran sieges the middle, you need broodlords to break it efficiently otherwise you're wasting too many units to break his siege line and gold base.

Flash had great macro. His minerals were below 1000 on four bases during major engagments consistently throughout the game

Looks like the BW pro's are alot more agressive with their units. It never looks like "OMG turtle till 200/200 then we'll just micro around to get a better engage and then games over". Always lots of good small engagements that are making it entertaining. Only time it looks like turtling is when they're defending because the opponent has a small group of units standing on their door step. Don't think there has been an actual 200/200 "Deathball" fight yet from what I've seen (no access to the premium streams). They're all honestly playing "Thorzain" style of play just chipping away at each other when they think they have an advantage and arent overcommiting to attacks. Pretty good to watch

Just watch Flash's production queue. He always keeps it right where it needs to be. It blew my mind.

Because you can afford to do some small engagements in BW. Even if you lost all the small engagements, comeback is still highly probable. But in SC2 if you lost all the small engagement and are low on supply and then hit by a forceful counterattack, comeback is much less likely so players tend to turtle more.
