Quantic gaming merged with korean team IM. I think this news is bigger in that Idra and DeMusliM will both be in the GSL! DemusliM is gonna explode with all that korean training ^^

Agreed, IM goes as deep as Mvp, Nestea and losira, and more recently Happy. But the depth of the slayers team is ridiculous. They dont have any quite on the level of Mvp or Nestea but they have guys who are arguably equal-higher than losira. Overall, you cant go wrong teamming with up either of these teams but I feel like Slayers is the better option.

This is a great opportunity for EG and Slayers. Congrats.

Idra, demuslim, huk, and puma are going to get such good practice

I wonder if this means SlayerS players are receiving funding for international tournaments or whether it's just the EG players having access to the house. Maybe Milkis meant this isn't a full partnership like MVP/coL and Quantic/IM are?

Its clearly stated that its a practice partnership though. So I thought it was pretty clear that its not a merger of any kind, but rather EG is staying at the slayers house with practice being the main focus.

SlayerS is the most sponsored Korean team Compare to others, I doubt they need funding from EG

Wow SlayerS getting a TON of money, awesome for them. Sad to see them partner with the evil team though.

This says one thing to me for the future.

i just realized, what about the sponsorship differences xD monster vs pocari sweat (not that bad) BUT THEN STEELSERIES VS RAZER mwahahahaha

...IdrA has one of the scariest ZvT's when it doesn't revolve around gimmicks... He beat Bomber for chirssakes in macro games... In an interview with MKP/Puma/Rain, two of them said he had one of the scariest ZvT (idr which two, but i can find you link)... And DeMuslim is not bad at all.. he's actually pretty badass

ROFL, I just laughed my ass off when I saw this for some reason.
Really sad for Huk.. wish he could've stayed in oGs house. Oh well, good luck to EG and Slayers.

One of like 5 Code S protoss and Idra and Demuslim are both very good

Honestly, I'd be hard-pressed to find another Terran in the GSL who would willingly go toe-to-toe with a decent macro Zerg in a macro game without applying pressure (whether direct or indirect, which is what MVP does) or doing econ damage. Not everyone can or will be as nice as Bomber.
But yeah, Demuslim and IdrA would make pretty good practice partners regardless.

Except Idra has a stronger ZvT than coca or any of the slayers zergs, and huk is better than any of the slayers tosses so your post is basicly just blind EG hate.

Did you actually watch the games? He applied quite a bit of pressure. Especially game 3 with the gimmicky low gas marine style.
Additionally did you even read the press release? The players permanently training at the SlayerS house are Huk(who is comperable to the best protoss in the SlayerS house, if not better), and PumA who has some of the best TvP in Korea.
