Me too unless he plays mech in TvP ...
He might have been better then MVP when he retired , but he hasn't been playing competitive BW or SC2 at the highest level for almost an year now . He still has to refine his build orders with the help of his teammates and coaches .
ForGG never inspired with great micro and multitasking in BW (except maybe his great vulture control ) .Still the knowledge of macro , timming attacks and gamesense that he has from BW should serve him well in SC2 .
I am still curious though , ForGG's management of the economy , depos and production facilities of 2 - 3 bases was one of the best in BW that he often had an OOV or Flash like effect when the observer showed his army and re-enforcements on the screen . I think he will become a better version of TOP and Nada . Depending on how serious he takes SC2 i could see him winning a GSL in the future , since if he gets to code-S he will mostly play TvT and especailly mech TvT isn't that much different from BW where he should clearly have the upperhand .
I am excited for seeing him play since i have been a fan of him since he was in Lecaf and Lecaf was probably the strongest team in PL with him , Jaedong , Anytime and Hiya on it . At this point in time it would take a lot of work at surpassing what MVP has become in this game , but he has the potential to do it if he takes SC2 really seriously .

Yeah that was impressive, and Flash was good then too (not the ultimate weapon yet, but still S Class).
Flash actually was the Ultimate Weapon back then. He wasn't God Young Ho the bonjwa though.

He's already torn up the ladder, held #1 on the ladder for a bit. MVP was probably the most successful current BW player to swap and look at his success too
Yeah I just mean a top-tier pro, MVP was nowhere near that. So this is a whole new thing to look for I think. And tearing up the ladder is really cool, but it doesn't mean you revolutionize certain matchs ups or timings yet.
I really hope he does, it feels far and in between where you can say 'Wow did he really do that'. The game really does feel very homogenised in the sense that there is very little variation in play styles. Personally I blame the lack of mechanical limitations.
Not really, all except a few players you still see many mistakes and shortcomings every game they play.
