The cheap houses (70-100k) out here are pretty shit-tastic but the mid-range houses are a very good value. Plus you Canadian so you get 5% off for amazing exchange rate right now. But you're Canadian so you would die in the summer out here. Let me know next time you guys are in town for poker, I gief you tour :DI'm not sure why RGN has a house in fucking San Francisco area when they could be anywhere in the United States for cheaper. | ||

Nope, real estate prices are still inflated. Government interventionism in the financial sector caused severe over-development in real estate, so nice houses are a dime a dozen outside of a few expensive areas (major cities). The owners are losing their shirts, though. | ||
