He quit Korea cause: 1. room-sharing, no privacy (wow.., ever been to college)? 2. room-sharing, too hot (wow.., ever consider burn off some body fat)? 3. jet-leg between Korea and NASL (that's what sales do, travel to Asia and back all the time) 4. misses his mommy and daddy (u've been away for less than a month, u're 22 already)
For the above reasons, he ditched his teammates in Korea. Way to take responsibility. Yeap, that's basically what he said.
I don't condone your verbal attack at Sheth, but all the other points you bring are all valid. I don't get why people here put pro gamers on a pedestal. They aren't really different from any of us. I can't believe people are trying to make excuses for Sheth.

Sheth, you're still awesome :D keep playing and getting better. hope to see you on a new team soon

I love you sheth thanks for your stream :D it's okay you're not with fxo you are still cool <3

1. College is temporary, and isn't nearly as many people as are in the FXO team house. 2. Seems like a fixable issue, Air conditioning possibly? 3. Waking up at strange times and being tied 24/7 is not something you'd want in your forseeable future. 4. Maybe he enjoys living with family?
Imo what you're saying doesn't make any sense- he should be wherever he is most happy.

There is nothing wrong with those reasons and you cannot possibly form a good opinion about him without knowing his personal circumstances. I don't get why some people have to be so judgmental.

Best of luck to Sheth, I'm sure you'll find a place that shares your vision!

In a non harsh way it just sounds like he isn't ready for all this change. It sounds to me like he has some personal issues that interfere with traveling and just being away from his natural environment (home).
He never showed up to lans in the past and now he is flaking on this. He just seems like a very introverted person or is just not ready for all of this for whatever reason.

Stupid post, Have some respect. Sheth explained in detail the reasons for him not staying and you're making it into a hostile situation between Sheth and the team when it isn't.

Both Sheth and FXO came out on top even after they have parted ways. Both have their visions and both are sticking to them. Congrats to FXO today for playing some great games and thanks for Sheth giving us some insight on how everything went down. GL SHETH!

On SotG two weeks ago, Sheth stated that there were logistical reasons why he would not return to Korea as well.
I believe he said his one flight got cancelled, which means he wouldn't be able to come back to the US for MLG Anaheim until right before the competition which is not optimal.
He said he would love to return to Korea if he wins a Code A/S spot from MLG and he would live in his own apartment and commute to the team house everyday for practice.

Idra - 4th place at one of this year's MLG, his chance of winning first place in the future sc2 tourney isn't too high. IGN is not a real tournament and select is not a real Korean. Sheth - no major accomplishments, tournaments he attended are not of any substances.
If he could only get placed at tournaments where Koreans don't participate, I don't see the point of being a pro gamer.
Seriously, I wish best of luck to Thorzain and Fenix; they have what it takes and Sheth doesn't.
I have to ask, how can the IPL not be considered a real tournament? It's a double elim that follows the same principle as the GSL. You sir, need to check up on your facts

It's really annoying to still see posts like this, if that environment wasn't for him then its very reasonable for him to leave it. There's no excuse for you to attack him personally at all. Imagine if you had every decision you made in your life/career posted on a forum for anonymous people sitting behind a computer to judge and criticize,do you think everyone would agree with everything you did? Get over yourself.

in regards to the aircon. I shared the room with sheth, the aircon was on 16 celcius everyday. Infact its the reason i left Korea with the flu.

go fuck yourself
really
sheth is the nicest guy in the world and he and FXO have been nothing but good to each other and parted in an amicable way and you have to start picking at his reasoning for leaving.

This was inevitable when he bailed after being sent back for NASL.

Very sad to know this. I understand the choice both of Sheth and FXO. Hope for the best for the player and the team.
