Hiiiii there I started working on my new song immediately after the great feedback I got for the first one and I think it's finally done :D
Most of you may not know me, so here's a short introduction: My name is blAke, I'm 23yo and live in Switzerland. I already posted a song here like a week ago (blAke - A Terrans Story) and recorded the new one today.
The new song is kinda like a SC2 Anthem, and for all of you who thought that the first song was not personal enough, I recorded an improvised clip with my new webcam (excuse me for that, the music is what counts :D).
some criticism: I'm not sure i agree with full webcam throughout the entire video, some sc2 footage would add to the hype! or GSL footage? or MLG? it would fit the song

I want to make a real video clip for the song, but I just made it in the last 6 hours (written it before), and all I wanted was to release it but if there really is demand for a real clip, I will do one (that may also be funny :D)

And if by any chance you're looking for some input, perhaps you may want to do a next song centered about what is seen onscreen. Dunno, a story perhaps?
Instead of extremely low expectations this time I came with extremely high expectations. You make some amazing songs and this is another one to the collection, these are so good I can't tell ya enough how awesome people like you in the community are :D
This is so much better than the parodies. One point of critiscism would be having more lyric related clips instead of full webcam. It's alot of work, so I do understand the "easy" solution. =)
I 100% agreed the clip is not really the best one. Dude, maybe mix it together with your own stream or your replays ingame. Tell us the story you singing 'bout in pictures! That would be awesome

I know, I really got lazy there If I have time this weekend, I will create a new movie that goes with the story and comes with some ingame stuff I have to install premiere though :D

Though it was a lazy video I really liked it. Gave it a very personal touch and dont think you need to waste your time making another video just spend your time creating a new jam Just an FYI this guy can design as well.. Here is his submission to the FXO contest: + Show Spoiler +

Yeah, that's actually what I do professionally. But still, I love everything that is creative, so I love my job and my music and thanks, I will consider working directly on some new songs instead of a new clip. :D

I recorded the whole thing with a professional Studio Mic and wore the headset just to listen to the finished track and sang along for the clip Just message me in private if you want to talk in swiss german
Already heard i about 10 times, and i think you should not layer your voice to many times over each other. In the refrain you sound some seconds like an alien. I think i can hear your voice 3 to 4 times layered in refrain. Maybe not that much in next song.

That actually IS a synthezised voice in the hook. I kinda tested out some stuff there, I still think it sounds not that bad.
Layering the voice (recording every part 3 times) is standard if you want it to sound professional and can't afford a real studio. But the back up lines are only for some stereo effects and they have lower volumes I may have overdone it in the hook though.
EDIT: oh and, I sang the first part of the refrain for several voices

Awesome and unique song once again. I like it very much, except like in the first one, I don't like the flow on Whatup whatup(I mean the '' I, I, I'' in the first song), dunno, maybe repetitive lyrics sound cheesy to me. You clearly have talent in composing things though, keep it up.)
