Yes I do, I'm sure it will fix itself in an hour or so, used to happen all the time to the WoW website.

Q. How will this affect my matchmaking rating (MMR)? Will I need additional placement matches? A. Your MMR will be unaffected by region linking. Placement matches will be handled the same way for the start of Season 3 as they were for Season 2. http://us.battle.net/sc2/en/blog/3085760#blog

No option for Battle.net anymore. https://warcraft.tw/wtb/wow-transformcard.aspx is apparently where you're supposed to be able to convert your card, but it doesn't seem to be working.

Also when people say TW server, do they mean SEA?

No. TW's server was physically located in Seoul along with the KR server, so merging them is easy. SEA is based in Singapore, so moving it to Seoul or vice versa would screw over a lot of people latency-wise. I think SEA will probably always be separate.

I know just doing a speedtest I pinged 250ms. I know I've heard people say roughly 2 sec delay, but curious as to how the ping translates
