When phase 2 started, they announced that beta was going to end on the 19th. It shouldn't be a surprise to anyone. I'm sort of happy because it allows me to play TF2 with the Engineering update just starting.

I wish they would have just ran beta through launch, rewarded us all with the multiplayer game at least until it would easily available (3 or 5 day shipping from launch date). Alas, we can only hope they gleaned useful information off beta to make the final product worth all the effort.

Question:

If the beta ends monday, does that mean within that 2 week timing they can produce all the disks and have the ready and shipped out by launch date? Seems like a short window to produce so many games.

The games have already been produced, and most likely shipped to the various regional distributors.

i love being on vacation in my mother´s house in brazil lolololol
but i wished to have sc2 here to play at least the iddles times

or else it would be so painfull to withstand my vacations without starcraft 2 in the freezing chile

ah sh*t f*c*ing w*ore! Well at least I had fun with SC2 while it lasted. I don't think I will be buying the game, as my gaming days might just be over (Link). Anyone with Ottawa Lan info, I am most definitely 100% always down for it. I'll be seeing you guys, was fun. Enjoyed Beta Phase1, and 2. Thanks for the great RUNS. Ew that sounds so bad, such bad timing for an "S" when you don't need it imo. I already do feel sad, because I seem to have lost interest in the BW/SC2 scene over the period of beta down-time. Yet I am also excited because I am 22, still living at home, and not doing a thing because of gaming. I'll miss posting random stupidity. On second thought who knows, when it comes to SC, no one ever knows where they will end up. Either playing it, or not. To be or not to be, that is the question.

fyi, all those discs are already done, printed, boxed, and ready to go.
