I also nominate TAD[Life] for being an awesome clan leader. This guy has been really gracious to me while I played for his team in the past. Being a leader for a number of clans in the past means that Life, if given a beta key, will help build up more of the clan scene and get events going. He's already got a BW LAN planned this summer and there's no telling what other sorts of tournaments and other cool events he will get going for SC2 once he's got a key.

I don't know if this is possible, but I have a friend who is desperate for a Beta-key. He played a lot of SC1 until recently, cuz all of his friends (like me) got a beta key and went over to SC2. I really think he deserves one, as he is good material and a skilled player. He goes by the nickname Apogee. but, I don't think he has a TL account... I would be very happy if I could give that as a present to him, as he has his birthday soon as well

I nominate myself for running a majority of the Hello, Goodbye Tournament (randomko_orean was dealing with moving and other personal stuff), organizing most of it, making brackets, and finding someone to do a killer video. I feel overall the competition was a success and there were some good games that came out it.

FuDDx obviously. FragKrag if he can use it. Jibba. rel. JellyCat. Bill307. Streamers and translators who are without, too. Anyone else who has been around a while should have next priority. It's not elitism, it's just that people who have yet to make any effort to be a part of this community shouldn't be rewarded if they only participate to get a key.

I'm all for new posters registering and participating and become part of the fabric of this great place, but you shouldn't expect to get something without giving something. You're not part of a forum if you only lurk in the same way that you're not part of a conversation if you only eavesdrop. All it takes is a simple registration process and sharing your thoughts every once in a while. Many people say they don't post because they have nothing to say, but I really doubt the sincerity of that. You might not have something to say about everything, but everyone has something to say about something.

So join in! But don't do it just to get a beta key, that's pretty insulting.

I want to nominate myself for being incredible ego-maniac and for trolling all the poor beginners in strategy forum. Also, I nukerushed my good friends from clan while "obsing" their games and streamed all of that. You can also remember me from things like, gretorp commentatary video on my ZvP carrier game or day9 daily 65 player replay analysis =D. And finally, my biggest achievement: I've won Strip IdrA map in 3 hours (2am - 5am) with Morrow(map creator) and other guys from ex-v1o =D after a countless times of loading and saving which almost led us to eternal despair!

Hey TeamLiquid Staff.

I'm not a person how post alot on the TL... =/

But i read and watch much off the BW and the SC2 i can. I love this community becaus of every person tries to be as friendly as possible. I have learned alot from the TL community and got alot of new frinds. So i want to get a beta key because of I'd love to get to play StarCraft II: Wings of Libert. And of course I'm going to be the best Toss in Europa =)

I have played all of Blizzard game apart from Diablo 1 T.T I'd love to get to play SC2 Wings of Libert as fast as possible. (sry if my English sucks... That's the reason I'm not post so much on TL)

Admittedly I'm more of a lurker then anything else on TL. Mostly because I don't really have the knowledge or experience to post on topics with anything other then my opinion. My friends always tried to get me into SC1 but the learning curve was so steep. Even on east/west servers I'd usually run into veterans who were delighted the second they scouted me. ICCUP was another horrible experience which needs no mention

Now with the new league system I think there's a bit more room for me to learn the game without being raped over and over. I got to play a few games on my friends account but unfortunately the two accounts I have access too are both high platinum accounts which does not bode well for me (I get proxied so often in plat :O). The point of this big wall of text is that yes, I'm a big noob, but after joining TL (lurking) and checking out all the streams, watching awesome d9 dailies, and seeing what a good game of sc2 can be like, I WANT IN! I'd like to work my way up to the same lvl as my plat friends and become a part of what looks like an awesome community. Either way I'll be here until/after release, so ill see you all on at one point or another ^^

i nominate everyone except myself, i never like asking for things like this, and i would love to say all these great thing about why i should have it but the simple truth is i have not been around long and only pick up BW again like a year ago.... so heres to everyone i hope you all are eventually able to get a key some way we all deserve the chance to play this great game. i myself will continue to hope for opt-in and maybe try the FB thing once a week.
