Is his contract running out? 'Cause that's the only way I could see this being somewhat decent. Strongly doubt signing Blind will help United, but I could be wrong.

I'm pretty sure blind had a contract till 2016. Which isn't too lengthy but still ajax should have been in no hurry to sell. Don't think blind is going to be an immediate improvement either but at least he's a lot better than cleverly.

Relegation fodder teams take points off bigger clubs almost every week.

This is so infuriating to watch, there is absolutely no creativity in attack. They just pass along the flank and play a stupid cross which does nothing. Don't even get me started on midfield and defense. What a fucking wreck

0:0 pretty poor from United. I wouldn't be suprissed if other top teams are held at Turf Moor. But Burnley didn't even look like they where in the same league as Chelsea when they played there.

heh, so Di Maria just play not even 1 complete game for MU and he just got injured. This can't get any worse for MU

They will get the hang of it there, dropping points to fodder teams that is. It's a plan by LVG!

Heck, last time Burnley were in the Premier League (2009-2010), they BEAT Man United. Can't blame Moyes/van Gaal for that one.

I wouldn't be completely shocked if United are in a relegation scrap midway through the season. They look shockingly bad. Basically the scoreline was well deserved for Burnley.
Mata is particular looks awful, but really, everyone in the central positions looks slow and there is no width in the team without overlapping fullbacks. Young and Valencia basically can't beat their man 1v1 so they just pass it back or sideways while Burnley clogs the middle.

Only interesting game left today is Everton-Chelsea. Former Chelsea striker duo Eto/Lukaku playing for Everton, gonna be interesting.

Respect to Moyes. Relegation fodder teams take points off bigger clubs almost every week. Have you seen United this season, though? They're absolute wank. Burnley were closer to winning this match. Evans and Blackett just hoofing the ball because nobody in midfield is fucking moving. Van Persie looks absolutely lost next to Rooney. Fletcher is just bad. Valencia and Young are horrible. And it isn't just the players. I can't fucking handle this, it's too hilarious.
Van Gaal has gotten so much wrong so far, I hope he drags United to the Championship still clinging to his vision. How does he bring Anderson on. The poor man is totally bereft of confidence. On for Di Maria, no less. I get that he's tired, but holy shit do United need the points. Playing Van Persie when you desperately need movement with Welbeck on the bench. This formation is killing Mata so bad, as well.
Make this last forever.

Well one positive thing is that LVG's fixture is easy for next 1.5 months. They are doomed after that 1.5 months though. Everton (H), West Brom (A), Chelsea (H), MCity (A).

Yeah could easily keep him for a year. But then again, apparently we're good at selling our best player 1 day before the deadline.

You're saying the opening fixtures weren't great for United?
United conceding after 1 minute, lol. Dwight Gayle with the 1-0 for Palace.
Nathan Dyer scores and I somehow managed to put him on my bench instead of starting. Fuuuuuuuck.
