A ballhog on the other hand certainly isn't. There is no way they won't improve with Kobe though.

It's doubly weird because Kobe has pretty good court vision. He just seems to only pass when the pass will directly lead to a good shot attempt. It's like he hisses at the idea of being the first passer in a multi pass setup play.

Basically, combining the injury + the contract issues I think he'll overextend himself and end up hurting the team in the short run.
Then, imo, the real test is how long/whether he learns his lesson and falls into his role on the team. not to mention that historically older players with his injury come back much worse. There's always a chance that he'll play like he did pre-injury but that's definitely not a guarantee.
That being said I don't think you could argue he'd make them a lot worse if he does come back 100%.

It's more of a trust thing, guess that's what playing with Smush Parker will do to you. Like sometimes when I watch him play, you can see him just head towards the fuck my teammates I doing this on my own kind of thing, especially when they're down. Hell I half way expected Kobe to play the Lakers out of their last championship in Game 7 against the Celtics. Maybe he'll realize his own mortality this time around?

Kobe did play terribly in that game 7 but he's lucky everyone else did too (except for Artest).

@mcten Dave McMenamin Nick Young just had an absentminded moment walking into the visitor's locker room instead of LAL's one at Staples Center when he arrived

I hope you mean this as an explanation and not an excuse.

Another Toronto banner on the way, Atlantic Division Champions 2014. 4th seed in the playoffs with a 0.4 record.

NY and Brooklyn probably still top that division once they're healthy, the standard is just so low...

One more loss for the Knicks

I'm winning so much $$ with my predictions this year. Feels good.

If anything, the Lakers sure are entertaining. They came back from big deficits twice this game.

Hardly an opportunity lol
