Maybe if they don't bust out some insane bid. -Sell to Real, likely, he will be much cheaper for them than for Arsenal I reckon. -He apologizes to his teammates and the supporters. The latter option will be hard, he has many bridges to build. Im thinking at least 20 nutmegs and 30 goals is needed if he goes with this option. | ||

Haha, while I enjoy saying provocative things like this just to get a rise, and of course no one person is bigger than possibly the biggest or second biggest name in English football history, RIGHT NOW Liverpool are below the class of Suarez. He dragged them along last season. As a footballer versus a team of other footballers, Suarez is bigger than Liverpool. The club has accumulated what I would refer to as 'small ball' buys. Rodgers is still in his small club mentality. No big marquee signings and nothing impressive. He has gotten rid of two of the better players in Skrtel and Reina. He is downsizing Liverpool, from a football perspective. It's not like pool are becoming the new Leeds but they aren't going upwards as far as I can see, and Suarez leaving would certainly speed that decline more than slow it!!!! | ||

But I doubt it. Kind of all depends on the effect that Gerrard can have from a leadership perspective and the same goes for Rodgers. Obviously we are talking about Liverpool without Suarez...and I really don't think you can call Countinho marquee yet, he hasn't shown enough. Can he put the team on his back? | ||
