This is a super weak Spurs team. Aside from Walker, the back 4 consisted of Fryers (who has never even been on the bench for the senior team), Livermore (defensive midfielder who is terrible and never plays), and Rose (also terrible). AVB should apologize to the people who bought tickets...embarrassing to send a squad like this against Monaco.
edit: and Monaco look really good. Moutinho in particular was fantastic today.

For some reason AVB decided not to send Holtby, Sandro, Paulinho, Dawson, Kaboul, Assou-Ekotto, or Bale. I was looking forward to this game but Spurs sent out youth and bench players...so disappointing.
Also, 5-2 is a scoreline I'm getting sick of seeing.
Seatle Sounders got Dempsey, damn MLS shaping up with some better players. Must be nice that the big boys of USA national team can now think yeah it actually is going to be decent for me to go back to America and play in my national league.
