I've been fluctuating between 150 and 155 for the last ~7 years. I'm still in surprisingly ok shape considering how little I work out. My cardio is by far my weakest though.
I've definitely lost some muscle definition since finishing gymnastics though. I gotta start doing stuff for abs again.

What a thoroughly exciting weekend. How are you all doing?

I'm stuck in a city where the air is toxic and you can't go outside or see anything so I'm sitting in a room with nothing but a fan, my phone, and internet that's good enough for TL but not good enough for video so I've posted 100 times today.
Tell us about your weekend Requizen!

I was 150 when I left the states, 140 when I left for Myanmar, I haven't weighed myself since but I know I'm even skinnier now. Aka still not eating enough lol. I weighed around 155 when I went to college and I now hover around 185 awww yeah.

I have insane metabolism, but I think the combination of sitting at a desk for most of the day and free soda is pretty great. I've cut carbs from dinner (hooray for Paleo?) and added some vanilla exercise like push-ups, sit-ups and other -ups, which is nice. I work for a health company which reimburses me for gym membership, but I just take the $$$ home, lol.
I used to be able to run a sub-6 minute mile easy, now I'm not sure I could actually run a mile. I think it's funny that 7-9th grade me was athletic and about the same weight and could probably beat the crap out of current 23 year old me.

Back down to 145-ish, and the only time I notice my weight is when I do pull-ups and poop out at a lower count. Things like pull ups have always been a certain struggle for me. I'm not and haven't ever really been overly strong, and I'm lanky as fuuuuuuuck. I'm 5'11", but my wing span is somewhere around 6'5" - that's a long way to go for a pull up, relatively speaking.
For a while I was really good about doing pushups/situps/other light arm and ab variations in the morning, but I've been so lazy lately.

I think you guys know my measurements already, but fitness wise I'm like Ketara.
My upper body is a just a waste of flesh, where my legs are actually very strong. Problem is that I do nothing but cardio for fitness haha.
Also happy page 666 everyone! Don't forget to worship your chosen dark deity today!
Also if you're in Canada GO OUT AND VOTE! IT'S ELECTION DAY!!!!!

Pull ups are so hard . I can do like 5-10 chinups at least.

I prob could barely do one or two I'd wager. Also it looks like my head can't handle more than 8-9h after around 4h of sleep, I'm getting a brutal yearning for some sleep right work, feels like I got hit on the side of the head. Old man matters.

yeah i'll be voting today. not really confident in my choice but very confident in who I dont want to be there. Lesser of 2 evils kinda thing i suppose.

I think I'm getting some abs after these few months, but I haven't lost my flab for all that. Friggin' 165 lbs for 6'3 and I still manage to get flabby.

One odd thing is that my roommate is the same height as me, goes to the gym and looks like he's in good shape and weights like 130. I'm 15-20 pounds heavier, and I look skinnier than him. I'm kinda confused how that works. Maybe I have adamantium bones or something.
I've given up on morning workouts. I get home from work, ditch my work clothes (business casual), do my 15 minute workout then put on my lazy clothes and make myself a snack. It really gives me energy for the evening of surfing the web and vidya gamez.

Maybe you just have a much larger colon because you're full of sh-nah just kidding.
Yeah I'm 175 and I look skinner than people who are 15lbs lighter than me and the same height (6'1).
Edit: I love that even Europeans are dealing in our fucked up Imperial system. I hate metric system for body measurements. For distances and temperature? Sure, fine.

Super duper late, but anybody want a LotV beta code?

That's really what I should do. Again, just self-discipline is lacking atm
edit - got a quarterly blood pressure screening at work - 116/60, which is apparently good

It's because we know that if I tell you that I am 178 cm and weigh 65 kg you're just going to ask me what that means instead of googling it like normal.
