The non-player tokens are given out randomly 1 per SCG order over $5. Outside of that you can only get them on the secondary market or people who used them playing in SCG tournaments and didn't give them back lol. If you find any do let me know since I'm interested in picking up some more (Soldier and Spirits in particular).
If you need more Donegan tokens, there's this one listed on eBay. If you're looking for the in general there's also a huge set up for sale here too.
Oh, and I can find quite a few sellers for them in EU for about 2 EUR or less each.

So, red, how's it going?
I hit 30 in heroes, so I can play Hero League once I get 10 characters. I'm not sure if I want to just buy a bunch of cheap ones, or save up and buy a couple others that I like and deal with shitty quick match.

I find it entertaining, but it's definitely pretty mediocre. I care way less about it than I did about ranked League, so it's way less stress and really just a good time killer. It can be pretty fun when you've got a group to dick around with.

Red soniv and I seem to have a good time when we are in a group. I don't mind playing solo as much anymore, but it is significantly more fun with friends.
