I would have never guessed that the reason given for that warning would be "Please put some effort into your posts. One word replies and other low content posts are not appreciated here." though, given that it was 5 lines. LOL It's all because of this new LL site. Back on TL I had a single purpose, one goal for which I was willing to get eventually banned but now I have seen that this quest of revenge is now both pointless and not noble. | ||

If you've got something like the wym in play I assume even one turn if enough to curbstomp aggro decks by suiciding their board on it. And decks relying on mechanics like Delve or coming back from the graveyard probably let you do a bunch of dickish stuff by removing as many good cards as possible from the graveyard to play the most rubbish delve cards in their hand possible. The point of Baterskull+Mystic is to get the free token every time, since bouncing + mystic ability is 4W and equipping is 5, I guess? Its faster yes, but you have to know when and hmwhere to pull the trigger and if you wiff you deck is just fundamentally worse in every aspect than any other deck in the format. If you dont one punch man them they will beat you 9/10. | ||

You're playing what is basically a combo deck that requires a lot of sequencing decisions. Your main threat relies on playing specific creatures in a format where there is a fk ton of creature removal just flying around the place so you're really easy to disrupt. Or people can just chump for days with their creatures too. As Cixah says, it's not actually that ez-mode. If Infect was really ezmode ggnore it would be the most popular deck in Modern/Legacy but the fact it isn't should be telling. Not sure what's funny about inconsistent triggers. MtG rules and the modern style of card templating are very good at communicating what generally happens when cards interact. | ||
