Also how does WB let you know what the opponent has? Black has cards that let you look at his hand and choose something he discards (but you still retain knowledge of the rest), right?

Gimme hordes of zombies anyday. Most fun I had with Magic was all the way back in Onslaught with a Zombie deck lol. *not that it was a particularly good deck, but it was fun*

No because blue usually ends up lacking basic threats and straightforward solutions to problems that aren't countermagic so unless there's some shitty mono-blue combo deck, ending games with mono-blue is slow and frustrating. EDIT: Well, ok there's Merfolk, but I hate playing Merfolk.

What you're referring to is called perfect information (near perfect is more correct.) And most people who know how to abuse it and abuse it well end up in the hall of fame. (Kai to name one. Super nice guy btw.)

"I have counters to about any type of play you can make, but there's no room in a deck to include them all, and if you don't have nice stuff for me to thoughtsteal/mind control then I have nothing to kill you either." Soniv you should look at Tokyo Active NEETs once in awhile, there's meh stuff (what the heck is that electro beat in my trumpet/drums/piano ensemble?) but you can't go wrong with jazzy tunes.

A set that is based around 3-color segments of the color pie generally has what I consider "absolutely retarded mana fixing". 3-color isn't a theme WotC returns to that often.
