Hm, we can go Hearthstone style winner's team stays on and loser is allowed to change team? I'm really not fussed. In VGC rules you have a team of 6 and choose 4 each time and can choose a different 4 so I'm not terrible fussed about it. Also, even if you use the same team the way 6v6 battle work is that before the battle starts both players see each other's teams in Team Preview. You then choose your lead Pokemon after seeing the other person's team. Double Battle is similar but you see their full 6 and not the 4 they've chosen.

If you think teaching kids Zed instead of Z somehow magically makes them learn the alphabet in a more meaningful way you're an idiot. Zed is nothing more then a antiquated leftover of the hodgepodge Latin/Greek alphabets that sounds really cool to say but in reality is irrelevant.

But during my slack time apparently my non dominant arm suffered more, yesterday was back and bi's and stretching this morning makes my left arm hurt much more than my right. Would you guys have any recommendations for my schedule? I do a 4 day rotation. -Chest/Tri -Back/Bi -Legs -Shoulders (this day i do more cardio and other stuff like core and forearms) I try and make it to the gym 4 days a week but i often fail, how much am i suffering by ignoring a group for ~1.5 - almost 2 weeks? On each day I do large muscle group then small muscle group but I was wondering is it really better to do like: chest, chest, chest, tri, tri, tri exercises as opposed to chest, tri, chest, tri, chest, tri. It feels like it would give me more rest time but I always understood the former way was more correct. That split is fine, although I'd try to fit some core work into all 4 days or at least a 2nd day at minimum. A strong core is super important for basically everything because of force transference through your midsection, it's amazing effect on posture, and it's aid in anything that stresses your lower back. There's no right or wrong answer to your question about exercise order. You can do 6 individual movements all alone, you can superset them, you can do some of both. Example: Warmup(do stuff) Incline Bench(all you bro) Flat DB Bench(you got more in you) Flies/Dips superset(what did Arnold say about the pump?) Some other chest thing/Rope pulldown/hanging leg raises(good job kid now go hit on the cardio bunny of your choice and get out of here) The reality of it is that if you're in there ACTUALLY doing work, and at home eating right, you can pretty much do what you want and it'll work, so what most people settle on is what keeps them injury free and feels best for them(maybe you need a little ramp up to be primed for your big movement of the day and don't want it first, for example). As for the missing a group for 1-2 weeks thing, if it's happening commonly then ya it hurts and that's a downside to bodypart splits if you can't be super consistent. If it is happening commonly the best you can do is try to switch up which bodypart you are missing, hopefully you aren't missing days often enough that it can't just be like an impromptu deload. If it's a consistently unavoidable thing you can think about changing things up to more TBT type splits, or programs better designed for 3 days a week(5/3/1!).

This Well except for the 'original way' thing, I don't care about that. I just teach zed cause it just happens to be the Canadian way and it's likely how he'll learn it in school.
