+ Show Spoiler [rant-related, not pup-related] + I fixed it. Meanwhile I had to destroy the layout for about every other situation even more, which is technically fine because the client doesn't use anything else, but also that it's slightly harder to maintain now and will be even harder to rework for the day when people will switch to a new browser (it was already quite close to "from the ground up"). To give a bit of context the thing is made to work for IE 7 and none of the page have a doctype. In fact, it's been designed in such a way that adding a doctype actually destroys the layout. Even strict IE 7 css sometimes doesn't work right. All-in-all it's still workable for the deadline (as I was mostly afraid I'd have to leave it at that this evening) although it'll obviously be tighter as all the time I saved on the parts where I could design without bothering with the shitty current stuff has been eaten up. But even if saying "I feel dirty" would be in a joking fashion, I'm definitely unsatisfied at the way my work requires me to worsen stuff and deliberately do a "bad" job from a design/good practices standpoint. It's not what I was taught and it's not what I strive for. ... considering I spent more than a day and a half growing progressively more annoyed of it, and found a solution only 35 minutes after venting in here, had I been a bit more patient noone'd have seen that display of being the ragey/ranting type outside of LoL, and the end result for me wouldn't have changed. The thought somehow amuses me.

I do that sometimes, but despite my efforts to prepare large amounts of meat and store them for quicker meals(I know I've talked about that before in this thread), there are still times where my fridge is bare of cooked, seasoned chicken breasts that I can just cut up and microwave real quick. So yes, I pay the convenience fee because sometimes I need that convenience.

My standard work breakfast is filmjölk and cereal though, preferably with a bit of pecan nuts. When the days are slacker, it's bread with honey, cheese, jam. While making your own ham etc us nice and economic, it sucks that you when you want those thin machine slices. Poodle (big) puppy.

The other thing I find is generally I tend not to be in the mindset of appreciating hot nurses while in the hospital. Except for the first night where there WAS one who was considerably so but the various things wrong with me hadn't wiped all will of that sort from me. In other news I think I may legit have to quit OT for a while 'cause you guys are always talking about delicious food and I haven't eaten in 2 weeks essentially. + Show Spoiler + but srsly don't stop discussing on my account
