 Rongyi CupThe Chinese scene has announced another major-tier event, with RongYi Cup Season 3 putting up ¥150,000 CNY (~$21,000 USD) in prize money for top competitors. The tournament will take place from January 22- February 7 in a hybrid online/offline format, with the finals being played offline. Classic, herO, Zoun, ByuN, Clem, Maru, SHIN, and Solar are the eight initial invitees, with eight additional slots being decided by open qualifiers. Qualifiers will be held during January 11-13.

The invites were mainly focused on the Korean scene to help them out. | ||

I feel like if Clem scouted the proxy on the first map he would have most likely won this series. This unconcern costed him tournament life. Trigger can't stop surprising! well played | ||

In these win or go home situation (playoff bracket etc) I have never see solar or shin beat Maru (correct me if I’m wrong). As amazing as solar is as a player, but for me he will always be remembered as the player who constantly gets clowned on For example: Dear in base DT shrine , parting cannon rush blocking ramp with one pylon , and meltdown on cam after Maru nuked his winning army | ||
