I'm glad you didn't have to cancel another big event because a bigger tournament suddenly overlaps with your schedule on short notice. It was sad enough the first time.

Wow nice list! The only ? is Gerald. Was the invite kind of like a consolation price for beeing 4th in the EU quali or was this planned? Anyway, not important. Very hyped for this!

Much love for Wardi BTW.

What a game to start the day!
Looks like Cure had no trouble in his group!
Game 3 of Zest vs. Showtime was really solid.
uThermal may lack the consistency of a Heromarine, buy boy if my life depended on on a EU v KR showdown and I had to choose out of those 2 its a easy choice to make. Fun start to the group, and now cheesadelphia right after, not bad.

Game 2, I don't understand why Clem refuses to make at least one raven to counter Armani's mass lurkers. Clem was floating over a thousand gas for about ten minutes, and he's not using the starports at all (making very few medivacs), and he keeps running out of scans all over the map.
Thank you Wardi and IrvNasty!
Oh wow. Traps batteries seem empty today after yesterdays triumph

I have no idea why Byun doesn't let Solar win those games. He has the opportunity to eliminate Trap and he doesn't use it...

Outside of it being matchfixing, its also why we play two games at once / other scores aren’t revealed. ByuN doesn’t know if Solar is playing to go 4-0 and win the group or if hes already out or what, so there is no reason not to play to win.

Okay that's a good system, if he doesn't know where Solar is in the group that makes sense.
The idea that it would be matchfixing is a bit silly though. You're trying to improve your chances in the tournament, which is a perfectly logical objective for you to have in a tournament.

Yes. So don't break your opponents' thumbs.

Kind of funny how the 4 Terran (Online)Horsemen await in the Ro8 xD
Since when Clem has a korean pass ?
I like how Wardi gets some guest commentators on as well. Both Harstem and Lambo have been absolutly amazing. And Demuslim is just the logical choice for today as well with all the Terrans today
Great fucking game right there
Someone can check if TY has the vision on Clem's "doucle cyclons drop" when FruitBunker crashs ?
Just give the award to Zest already lol
Everytime TY does some great damage to Zest, somehow Zest counters and does even more damage back
Zest played amazing. gratz champ!
Zest looked pretty insane (in PvT especially) for the whole playoffs. It always felt like he had way more than any other Protoss would have at the same timing even on top of his giant bank. Any relatively even early game just leads to him being miles ahead 2 minutes later without any fights. Even the games that didn't start great for him he turned around convincingly.
TY looked strong throughout the tournament too though. Definitely 2 guys who can make it far at IEM.
Great tournamet and congratz to Zest. Showed some wild play there!
So are we going into IEM with not one but TWO Protoss favorites to win this thing? O.O
i've been watching old matchfixing games recently, and CURE vs ZEST was looking like one of the most rigged games ever.
remember when he ditched his army and fled his medivacs?
when he just stood in colossus range 'fighting' 3x in 1 match?
he was doing so many terrible plays that even a tired or unfocused player wouldn't make....!!!!!
