If you watch TY/Maru/Dark stomp through foreigners at WeSG, they're probably playing worse mechanically than when they face eachother in the finals, but their play looked perfect because they were outdoing their opponents in every aspect. Even Serral's WeSG run was the same, he looked just as sharp as he does now, but once he faced real opponents his skill was tested and he looked sloppier. Even though in reality I'd bet he was trying much harder when facing Maru/Classic than any of the foreigners. | ||
