IEM PC and GSL ro8 is a lot better than just a year of Ls though. Although I do feel like those two results put her expectations far too high, because she's perfoming at her normal level in every other event. It's just those two she did incredible. A premier with at least some Koreans in it is way better than most foreigners ever do, so it's not like she's exactly on the level of average foreigner And yet she got eliminated in back to back tournaments by average foreigners (Namshar and Guru).

If she was 99% dead, then I understand (I would argue you stay even for 1% chacne). But she was not. she was only 85-90% dead. It is not logical to forfeit that game given the circumstance.

Non-ladder maps always get vetoed, because they aren't on the ladder. The same thing happened with Iron Fortress.

She had her third canceled, was down heavily on workers, and was behind in upgrades for the inevitable roach switch. She was 99.999% dead.

I know, I was refering to the people who claimed pro players hated it and used the GSL pick rate as evidence.

Interesting to see a team owner publicly disappointed like this
Yeah that's pretty odd O.o
Ngl I think it's a bit of a crappy thing for the team owner to do. Players can have bad days and Lambo is a decent opponent. True topped his group, he did the best to get a decent seed he could and this is a single elim tournament.

Most years her highs and lows average out so she usually just has a bunch of average results (last year one Ro8, two Ro16, one non-qual; 2016 one Ro8, one Ro16, one non-qual) but this year it's been super high variance.

Scarlett just doesn't seem to be in this series mentally.

Huge banks don't win games I guess.

Jesus, she literally has eaten every baneling as hard as possible

Sure just leave your entire army on the other side of the map, don't even bother leaving some behind to defend against possible harassment, what's the worst that could happen?
|
Well Scarlett just went from 100 to 0 in 8 seconds of this game

Mutas are GG. Another early loss to an EU Zerg, not sure what else I expected.
