I found that really odd considering MaNa's performance at Corsair Cup recently, defeating aLive and Penguin on his way to winning the event. Bluecheese seems like an up and coming player, aligulac shows he holds a 1-0 record vs MaNa in competitive play so I guess that got him the seed 
MaNa ranked 61 in world vs 94 for Bluecheese on aligulac, so that combined with recent performance I can't fault MaNa for asking Naruto, who seemed a little upset his seeding was questioned.

Wel harder and easier groups happen, because not all the players arrive at the same time, so they have to shift some players around. But Socke not being the lowest seed in his group is indeed interesting.

Well he IS the only player on a well respected team that was not for fun at WCS Valencia and STILL didn't get out of the first group stage...
That said though I really like MaNa and hope he will have a good run.

I am not UPSET that MaNa questioned the seeding. I was pretty certain he would not be happy with the seeding and/or question it but I assumed he would do it in for me the proper manner. He has me in skype, he can simply ask there. He could even ask in person if he wanted to.
For me going public with asking it and obviously sounding upset about it felt a bit strange considering it might also bluecheese reading it. I dont think its super respectful to do. MaNa is more experienced, more accomplished but his current form and performance is not the elephant in the room. I think I am doing a good job at seeding overall since a lot of HSCs and while there are some seeds that you could argue about my reasoning usually is
1 > 4
2 can beat 3 and the other way around.
1 > 3
2 > 4
I believe Serral is probably not losing to anyone in this group. I think MaNa has worse chances in PvP against Probe than actually BlueCheesE in TvP. The straight up MaNa vs BlueCheese might even be in a very slight favor of MaNa depending on how good he plays but I don't think that seeding is completely unreasonable.
Bluecheese has only played MaNa once in Go4 and beaten him - that is bo1 and that did not make me decide to put him before MaNa but overall his gameplay against what I saw from MaNa. If we compare that to the MaNa I know from the past - being on form he is a #2 seed in that group without me thinking even though Probe recently had a good showing but personally for me I would have simply prefered him asking me on skype and/or just playing and showing he is better.
If we get that match up and he sweeps him 3-1 or 3-0 I was clearly wrong but I still dont think I seemingly would need to so harshly justify my seeding :/

Well it could be a lot worse. Zest are in a slump right now so we have no idea how good he will play (even if he should get through the group). TLO and Stephano are good but not the absolute top.
I think he can make it through on a good day.
