So I am the only one who liked SH (if not played by foreigners like Stephano or Firecake) but by koreans or snute?

Without some individuals, SH games have been great for me and are memorable for one of the best and balanced (after WM buff) times of SC II. The whole year of LotV couldnt reach this anymore for me.

If you look at streams views you'll see that the StarCraft community loves long boring macro games.
It actually really does even if it's saddening.

Excuse me for liking games that are more than "The opening reaper killed my tumor as I was laying it and I lost to the 16 marine drop". I will get a tiny violin.

There are long games with action everywhere and there are long games where nothing happens the entire time.

Swarmhost games theoretically had a lot of action

Free units action isn't real action.

Locusts shooting at pdd is the pinnacle of SC2.

Not gonna lie, the soulkey vs reality game is one of the most memorable games ever though :D

Reality was robbed. It would have taken him about 2 extra hours but eventually his BCs would have killed everything with Yamato.

didn't soulkey have enough queens to transfuse through yamatos

Yamato one shot queens.

It's still nothing compared to the mana/forgg draw

Was there a drop OL on hand?

As I said, it would have taken forever but eventually Reality could have done it. Especially if every now and then he managed to yamato a queen. Soulkey was pretty broke too.

It's fascinating how much bitching and whining there is immediately following a patch.

You'd think this would be the point where people would say "Okay, everything's new. Let's figure it out and how we handle these things in this strategy game," but it's just rage mode all around.

What I mostly remember about SH games after the mine buff is boring mech games and Protoss players going all-in on Overgrowth and King Sejong before there was a critical amount of SHs

I cannot enjoy "free units" being killed over and over and over again tbh. Ofc there were swarmhost games which were still enjoyable but the unit interactions between swarmhosts and terran/toss deathballs wasn't interesting at all.

I member epic games between herO and Snute, a strange serious between HasuObs and Jaedong (IEM Katowice 2014) and some other cool games.

In LoTV I mostly remember Adepts shading in mineral lines, winning games, ravanger-ling-bane all ins and 16 marine drop or 3 rax reaper plays.

Classic is playing lights out. The only mistake was the warp prism. Really great showing.

I'm still not over the fact that Leenock beat TY

We could be watching Classic vs TY instead

So do they seed day 2 qualifiers based on day 1? Or the same way they did day 1?

In that case we'll have almost the same brackets again tomorrow.
