Classic's ultimate army wasn't complete yet. Also I don't think he controlled it as well as he should have. He flew a tempest into spore range at least once.

too much supply in immortals, late voids. All knock on effect from Darks harrassment.
Dark had supply locked in lurkers too.

I think Darks constant harassment stopped Classic from getting the perfect army to fight what Dark had. He could never take a 5th and at one point Classic was under 40 probes.

Hmm I think he controlled it rather OK, he flew tmepest into spores for couple seconds but lost only one. Other than that the storms were decent, positioning seemed fine.
I believe it most mostly due to few numbers of 'the ultimate army' and slow upgrades maybe?
