Zergs don't really dominate outside of Korea right now
At least they are not underperforming.
Still thinks that foreign Zs are just way better then foreign Ts and Ps,
so the situation outside Korea is not that bad.

The 3 base pre-hive timing doesn't look unstoppable anymore and the zergs mainly lost because of stupid mistakes. that's why I hope we give this patch some time. Sadly a lot of Z already got TvZed before the patch and maybe the ones remaining lacked time to understand the subtleties and things you can abuse with this queen range meta.

We don't have that for foreign zergs. They're doing well in Valencia, which tells me that they aren't underperforming, but there is no trend that would lead me to accept that they "dominate" outside of Korea. They're doing okay, probably slightly better than they should vs terran, but there's no domination.

Even more problematic is the fact we will basically get zero competition until Blizzcon with high level Z vs high level Koreans, so it will be incredibly hard to assess if further action is needed before Blizzcon.

Though he can very well go on to win the whole thing, a bit like Life when he won his Blizzcon in a rather bad Z meta. EDIT : in fact Solar has a decent shot at Blizzcon
