You know how Terran scouts something in TvP early game and still doesn't know? Well, in PvP it applies too

well, in TvP you know *something* gas is up. You just don't know what.

It is more about "the series is over and I cannot take another one". In CZE it's the usual time when you get from bars/pubs when you are a working person(1-1:30 AM)

Not sleep much(during weekend) :-) But if someone works from 6 AM they are going to bed around midnight.
