It's a valid complaint but there is nothing that can be done easily about it. Only the exclusive events like WCS or the big Korean leagues have the kind of money and a small enough player participation to guarantee it. If you can't/don't want to deal with it then don't go to the other events. Or accept that you and your opponent probably won't play the best starcraft possible and deal with it.

Well, he complained about the talking, so he knew about the talking, so the headphones didn't help and aren't the solution. And SC is a lot closer to chess that it is to "Other sports events with crowds cheering. Camera flashes constantly".
