even though Ret lost, TL managed a 9-3 record today after going 0-6 yesterday. 9-9 50% win rate for the whole weekend

should have went muta broodlord and kept baneling the third mineral line. Was a free win for ret. Muta into roach can be okay if you are not good at dodging fungals but muta into roach hydra that fast is horrible. Ret did play 3x better that game though.

ZvZ specialists, which mistake(s) did Ret make here ? Didn't find the worm before it formed. That's really it. If you let the opponent get their queens across the map with this kind of push its over. he could have kept his mutas alive longer and used them to snipe the nydus worms/harass out of position roaches as the queens walked down because petraeus had no spores with the attack, i guess he thought his only chance was to beat the queens straight up. ret can actually lose quite a bit there and still play out of it as long as he doesn't lose the third hatch i think

i love watching guys who "pull the trigger" on an all-in at just the right time.

Jaedong vs Pattismithus was actually quite enjoyable yesterday, I have high expectations for that one.

Ret did play 3x better that game though. muta intro reasonably fast roach hydra is very good vs infestor roach, if you hit before the enemy gets a big roach hydra ball to support it. When the player playing against muta gets a 3rd up and saturated that fast, infestors and macro play is usually the most common transition

But on the other hand some are easier to execute then to defend
