Yeah but he's kind of a special case.

13 pool is a very interesting opening because it basically eliminates any possibility of 2 rax or 8/8/8 and it allows you to deny any kind of reaper aggression.

as much as it makes no sense, 13 pool is actually worse vs 2 rax than 14 pool

It's still great though lol. It also gives a faster timing against 8/8/8 and makes your 6 ling response to deny the natural cc faster.

it's great if the Terran doesn't know it's 12 or 13 pool

Going pool first 8/8/8 anyway is almost always a great position for the zerg as it is. The difference between 13/14/15 is fairly minimal in the practical effect of defending the strategy

yeah vs 8/8/8 it's obviously a great spot for Zerg, I meant 2 rax

Still any fairly early pool against 2 rax is great in almost any position aswell

I remember thinking that 10 pool is a counter to 2 rax, then I was told by a bunch of Terrans and Zergs that it's the opposite ;;

and then I was sure 13 pool 6 ling opening is the complete counter to 2 rax, then Demuslim told me off. idk what to believe in anymore

There is no counter to 2rax. Best T build since 1998.

BC transition is a much weaker transition than raven/viking/thor/tank.

all I know is that as a Zerg BC/Raven/Viking is scarier than Raven/Viking

you also need BC's vs some armies

Seeing how long the cool down on Locusts with the stupid high amount of damage really makes me wonder why they didn't just remove it from the game and balance Zerg accordingly vs. Mech.

I mean, it's so much supply for a terrain bypassing uber attack? Why couldn't they do something like make the cool down half in exchange for half the Locust power?

Ugh this unit is just so bad to watch/play against/play with T__T
