It's mostly about building an ideal composition
Harrass just buys time, but once the SH deathball is there unless you killed the zerg with harrass you will need to fight it.

It is, boring Tempest transition is something you are forced to do if you don't do game ending damage with the harrass early on.

Hero has >70 workers, but plays army based.
Curious still has >50workers with SHs lategame
