Both, in Los Angeles and in Köln. Offline starts in Premier Ro32, and they split it somehow evenly. Premier Ro16 in the other hand is a weekend event, much like WCS Season Finals events in 2013.

I feel not every WCS EU thing should be casted by Apollo/Kaelaris... gives a bit more variety, and makes premier league that extra bit special to be with the big boys.

That said, I do think they should both be in studio, rather than one guy over Skype. I'm not sure how I feel about madals, but I like PengWin.
