And I really hope that nobody here is seriously thinking that prolonging games in order to draw is something that should be acted against. The bad scheduling of the whole event (not enough time given for these occasions + the totally stupid decision to have qualifiers on consecutive days) should not be a reason to skew the rules of the game!

Why did Lilekanin give up and kill his own stuff? Just out of frustration, or was it obvious that the draw can never happen? Zerg had a base mining with 1 drone. Once Zerg figured out you can use Vipers to safely pull units that hide in a corner Lillekanin said "i am terrorist, jihad", seekered his own units and suicided his buildings into GG. Admins proceeded to disqualify him, alledgedly for checking twitter and stream chat mid-game (which is odd, as the Zerg was not streaming so he might have been stream cheating for all we know, especially given there were 2 breaks of a couple of minutes mid game) and making inappropriate comments. I personally think the playstyle of Lillekanin plays a role in the disqualification (it's the second game he drags on for hours in this qualifier), but Admins offcourse have proper reasons to DQ him.

Ofcourse everybody can check stuff but they are not streaming it, and he wasn't even hiding anything - I think it's one of the reasons they could disqualify him. Remember you can set up a code with your friend who will tweet you "zerg imba" meaning for example that your opponent has 10k/10k and you know what situation you are in.

Yes, obviously, not saying the admins cannot rightfully DQ him, but I can't help but think the way Lillekanin played in these qualifiers (dragging a won game out for 2 hours, this 4 hour game) and completely screwing up all sceduling might play a role in this. Good luck with you qualfiiers Nerchio!

Good luck with you qualfiiers Nerchio! If it did play a role, it is terribly wrong and we should stand up against that. Every player should be free to win in a way he feels the best for him and it should not be on somebody's opinion whether he won "the right way", otherwise there is no hope for fairness. As I said before, or scheduling issues lie solely on the organisers, it's not the players' fault that they refuse to put any contingency into their schedule. It's not like having 3 seasons of WCS during a year creates some impossible scheduling pressure.
