Any responsible human being will check out what it is about after seeing it, THAT is the whole reason they are doing it in the first place. Ofc there are some exceptions who do it for the publicity, but even then, as long as it is clear WHY they do it, i don't see a problem. Icebucket didn't go viral because of ALS, it went viral because people think it's fun to see famous people have water dumped on them. The awareness raised about ALS is a side-effect of something silly. Sure it's nice that money is raised to do research however it's not being raised because people think ALS is a problem, it's because people think throwing water around is funny. Without the throwing of water, people wouldn't give a shit about ALS. Doesn't that strike you as somewhat tasteless? I refuse to continue this pointless discussion either; I'm free however to express my disappointment that the surprise that Tastosis were talking about was the silly ice bucket challenge (which I will continue to disdain) instead of something that was important to Starcraft (especially since a big shot from Blizzard was there). sorry to have derailed topic

Feel free to disagree but I just see a moron. Whatever their reason is (PR, joking around or whatever) and as long as they are not doing anything harmful, it is still beneficial as money is still being raised for research. Spreading awareness. So fucking what if it's just a side effect, it's doing something useful for once. But fuck all those people.

Now its Fanta's turn, hopefully he wont retire soon. If Fantasy made a comeback with Flash still on top of his game that would be epic. tho Flash may be playing extremely good right now I do wonder if he can keep it up. He has been around a long time. don't know why a few of the same people like to consistently bash Flash and lessen the hype but it is entertaining and funny to read nonetheless lol.

It just means that it's just as likely for things to go viral that have side effects of endorsing terrible behavior since that's not what people actually care about, and that's exactly what happens.

Also kinda insane to see people complaining about the ice bucket challenge when Mike and Flash both said that it's for a good cause, take the sticks out of your asses people.

The last few weeks he's been playing like he has map-hacks. That game v Parting in the finals was near perfect. The run through IEM qualifiers looked so impressive. Finally today's 4-0. When he left the reaper at home after the cheesing in game one... that gave me a semi.
