The King of the North of 2013 is indeed exiled in Iceland, and this is in full accordance with good old Norse tradition. When the new King's rein is sufficient unpopular, the exiled and dispossessed King might have a chance to return from obscurity and reclaim his crown, but until then, the crow is definitely up for the taking now as far as I can tell. Bunny made a stronk case for himself recently, but will Snute and Welmu let the Dane run away with all the glory? Will the recently team less renegades Zanster and Sortof banebust their way through the Swedish qualifiers? I can't wait to see!
|
Speaking of Iceland btw, did Kaldi quit SC2 for good? Are there no others from Iceland playing anymore?
|
This is closing in fast and it will be brutal! Looking forwards to it!

3 of 4 qualifiers crashing with big tournaments.. + go4sc2+zotac, whats the point of having a qualifier on sunday which is one of the busiest sc2 days?

We have taken bigger tournaments in to consideration: We have checked on liquipedia to not crash with any major tournament to much, and we believe and hope that the prizepool and crowning of the Nordic master would/will draw more interest to participate in the events qualifiers. at the moment we cannot change dates for the first qualifier as we already have some people signed up but if people do complain we can take the dates into consideration
also what big tournaments other than DH: Moscow do we crash with (and Go4SC2 +Zotac)
hard to keep up with all the tournaments at all time as it has to fit our (the organizers)time schedules as well. thanks for the respons TargA and we hope you will be able to partake in the qualifiers for NorCraft Cup as well

Have to say it's refreshing to hear casting in our language. No other can match the snarky style.
I jumped to a random spot and landed on the first game of Welmu vs pena: "Welmun probe on heti vihanen, se saa yhen scv:n itkemään äitiä ja lähtemään kotia päin." + Show Spoiler [English] +Literally "Welmu's probe is immediately angry making the scv cry for mommy and heading towards home", but you can't really translate the tone.

Ok, final map! Who will it be? Serral or elfi?

Wow, what an anticlimax, losing the stream in the last map...

The stream cut off 2 minutes too early because the broadcast ended before it could catch up to the delay. Apologies to the viewers. All the replays are already available at the tournament page if youn are interested in the final match or any of the many non-streamed matches played today.
elfi took the victory 3-2 over Serral with an all-in strategy in the final map. elfi takes the 1. Finnish Seed for the Season 2 final in November 21-22. Congratulations!
