Its perfectly fine and his choice to deny casters. There is no rule as the admins said. No way to enforce it. As you can see, in Korea there are no replays uploaded for the qualifier which actually IS a rule. If you make strict rules, KeSPa teams and lots of players simply won't play. | ||
