I usually complain about Terran being a bit weak, and the lack of Ts in the GSL, but Terran has actually done just fine since the patches in TvP, atleast on high level in Pro League 
Though, I dont see Innovation beating that maxed out herO army ever. But Innovation did not play a great game I think. No harass, threw away a lot of units in the start, and so on.

You have to understand it from Rain's perspective. He plays Protoss in a way it's not designed for - fair. Honestly, if any P does have a right to complain, it's him.

key spirit is: When you play vs Terran, never leave your base or take a third before atleast 14 minutes. Even if he goes 5 CCs. Just dont die.
