And people say he's average all off a sudden. Err what? He had a rough Assembly and a rough IEM Cologne. He went 5-3 in ro32 so he's not been dominate there either. Just because he owned SK there doesn't mean he hasn't been struggling. I'd like to have rough assembly too. I mean second place ain't bad. Yes but 20 - 14. The statement was that he's been just as good as he was 3-4 months ago, but that's not the case. Dear was freakin unstoppable at the end of 2013.

He's starting to look a lot like Curious, but... way more powerful.
The Gatekeeper of Semis hahaha.

Soulkey all of sudden thinks that Hydras with 20% buff on attack speed are the best units in the Zerg arsenal, so he just mass them and... well, die...

Hearing things like this is why I wanted to give it a go. But urgh.
It reminded me of when youre a kid, and there are "adult shows"
Except now I'm 28, and I'm thinking "... so who watches THIS show?"

Compare his Assembly to his double royal road run. He dropped 3 maps in his royal road run of GSL and season finals. He dropped more maps to Zerg,, Terran or Protoss than he did in his entire GSL/Season FInals run.

No, Infestors are supposed to be support casters, they are fine the way they are and there is no way in hell buffing them could be a good idea after all the suffering they caused in WoL. A buff doesn't imply making them overpowered but they really are weak right now when game gets to late stages. Even as a terran player and Mvp fanboy I must admit there was no way for Firecake to kill Mvp's fully upgraded BCs. Same thing happens with late game PvZ when tempests are out.
Infestor is still a support caster, it isn't supposed to be able to kill fully upgraded BCs or Void Rays or Tempest, lets leave the fighting to the actual real fighting units.

yup. You have to rely on corruptors instead of hydras. Corruptors are 150/100 and hydras 100/50, both with 2supply. So at the max it is clear that Corruptors are still better than hydras. Thing is, they also cost more, so he cannot engage like that at that time because he doesn't have as much army if he goes corruptors. So he cannot do that BL timing, but later on BLs are worthless because even more VRs and Tempests just rape them. So he shouldn't go BL at all. But if he doesn't go BL, how does he combat that deathball? --> SH turtle with Viper/Corruptor harassing the army is the only way to play that lategame

You have to watch Usual Suspects first. And then assume Frank is Keyzer Soze's new identity.

Corruptors would have evaporated to that amount of Voidrays, there really isn't a way to fight that army head on.

Well yeah I'm not saying that he's unstoppable, but I think his "slump" is way overplayed. He has failed to get results at IEM. So once. That's not enough to call him "average korean toss" for me. I think he was ahead of the meta for the while (especially his PvZ) and now people catched up a little.

No it is not. Where does it say it is a support caster? It does not have support spells, it has 3 attack oriented spells. The only support effect is the hold down of fungal, the damage part is not a support skill, nor is IT, nor is NP.
