Depends on what you want to fight. If you fight an opponent that is air focused, go for 30infestors with your hosts/Vipers. If your opponent is not airfocused, go for more Corruptors and BLs.

Every mech build eventually transitions into air. Ground based mech gets destroyed by mass BL. It's just bad. Viking/raven is where it's at.

Even against ground based mech, that many SH is superfluous, you'll end up with tons of locusts timing out without ever attack, stuck in the back.
